My classes are ideal for beginners or for anyone that prefers a gentle approach to exercise. Stretching helps to keep joints moving and muscles toned. The breathing and visualisation techniques will help you feel calm and relaxed.

Each class starts with a short relaxation, followed by warm up stretches, then we practise the traditional yoga postures, finishing the class with a deep relaxation which includes breathing and visualisation. The benefits of a weekly yoga class are increased flexibility, inner calm and enhanced sleep.
